Édith Piaf (1915–1963) was a French cabaret singer, songwriter and actress widely regarded as France's national chanteuse and one of the country's greatest international stars. Known for iconic songs "La Vie en rose", "Non, je ne regrette rien", "Hymne à l'amour" and "Milord".
